INTRODUCTORY MEETING

Our first step is always a kickoff meeting where we’ll review your product line and explore how we can help. You’ll get an in-depth look at our service capabilities and process. We’ll also discuss your business objectives so we can develop the best strategy for growing your online business.

CONTRACTS

After you sign a contract with our team, we’ll begin to assist with negotiations and contracts on your behalf.

CATALOG + CONTENT

We’ll either scrub your existing pages to optimize them for sales on E-Retailers’ platforms or identify necessary content and product data to get your full product catalog listed and optimized for search. Next steps will be to load your items and images, while working with you to develop content for pages.

IMPLEMENTATION

Now that you’ve got a signed contract and your product in hand, it only takes about two weeks to get your brand up and running on most E-Retailer platforms.

MARKETING + SALES STRATEGY

A customized marketing and sales strategy will be developed that includes promotions, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and day-to-day merchandizing recommendations and plans.

ONGOING COMMUNICATION

Joy’s background includes high tech, working for CompuServe, and online marketing and sales as well as experience in traditional packaged goods with Glaxo Smith Kline and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Nancy Sur

Founding Partner

Nancy’s team is responsible for your presence on E-Retailers which includes content, new item setup, search optimization, and general category management. Nancy has 25 years of experience working in marketing, including brand management at Procter & Gamble, advertising at Foote Cone & Belding, and strategic planning and market research as a consultant for a wide variety of companies, from start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations.
